Due dates don't account for our team's timezones

Our team spans London and Singapore, and a due date set as 'end of day' seems to always resolve to one fixed timezone. A card marked done at 6pm Singapore time still shows as overdue for a few hours because the server clock disagrees with local time. Per-user timezone handling on due dates would remove a lot of confusion.
