The feedback tool that finds the why, not just the count

Turn "I can't explain it, it's just annoying"
into words your team can act on.

Posting and relating is only the start. Feedury's AI summarizes the why behind every request, so you can prioritize by the depth of the pain, not just the loudest voice.

Is customer feedback slipping through the cracks?

At most SaaS teams, customer requests are scattered across Slack threads, support emails, and spreadsheets. There's no reliable way to tell who asked for what, or how often, so priorities end up decided by whoever speaks loudest in the room. Sound familiar?

  • Requests get buried in Slack threads and are impossible to find later
  • You're copying feedback between support emails and spreadsheets by hand
  • You can count the requests, but you can't tell why people actually want them

Turn voices into words

Feedury doesn't stop at collecting empathy. AI summarizes who's affected, what's frustrating them, and why they want it, then groups similar requests together so the pain behind the numbers isn't hidden anymore. Here are two examples based on our real output format.

Let me bulk-download invoices as PDF

Every month I open each invoice one at a time and save it as a PDF. On months with a lot of invoices, that eats up half a day. A bulk download would help a lot.

AI pain summary

A user handling accounting work saves invoices as PDFs one at a time each month, and in high-volume months the task takes up nearly half a day. They want a way to download multiple invoices at once.

Notify us on Slack when a status changes

I keep opening the admin dashboard just to check whether a post's status has changed. A Slack or webhook notification would help us stop missing updates.

AI pain summary

A user who regularly checks the board opens the admin dashboard every time just to catch status changes, which feels like wasted effort. They're asking for Slack or webhook notifications instead.

These are illustrative examples, not real customer data or results.

From feedback to a decision

Three steps.

  1. 1

    Post

A customer posts a request to the board.

    Example input

"I'd like to export monthly reports as CSV."

  2. 2

    AI summarizes it

AI summarizes who's affected, what's frustrating them, and why they want it, in just a few sentences.

    Example output

A team member who reports numbers at the weekly leadership meeting spends too much time on manual aggregation and wants to pull the figures together quickly before each meeting.

  3. 3

    Decide what to build

In the admin dashboard, you can review summaries and statuses side by side and decide what to build next based on the depth of the pain, not who's shouting loudest.

The fundamentals

The foundation for collecting feedback and digging into it.

01

Posts, empathy & comments

A public board where customers post requests and respond with empathy and comments. Sort by empathy count or recency, and browse by status.

02

Status tracking & merging

Track progress through six statuses, from pending (awaiting approval) to done, and merge similar requests together.

03

Anonymous posting & approval flow

Let customers post without a name or email, and review submissions before they go public. Both are configurable per board.

Pricing

Right now, every feature is free to use: unlimited posts, no credit card required.

If we introduce a paid plan in the future, we'll let you know well in advance.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have any customers yet?

We just launched, so we don't have customer stories to share yet. Instead of testimonials, we promise to be upfront about our pricing, features, and how everything works, right here on this page.

How much is free?

Everything, for now. There's no limit on the number of posts, and you get full access to empathy reactions, comments, status tracking, AI pain summaries, and similar-post detection.

Can I post anonymously?

If a board allows anonymous posting, you can post and comment without a name or email address. Relating to a post still requires an email address, so the same person isn't counted twice (your name is never shown publicly). Admins choose whether to allow anonymous posting on a per-board basis.

Where is post and comment data stored?

In Cloudflare D1 (a database), hosted in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. We don't share it with third parties for any purpose beyond running the feedback service. We don't currently hold certifications such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001; that's something we may pursue in the future.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No. You can get started right away without entering any card details.

Can I cancel?

There's nothing to cancel: the service is free right now. If we introduce a paid plan later, we'll explain how to cancel well in advance.

What exactly does the AI do?

Two things: similar-post detection, which surfaces related requests as someone is posting, and AI pain summaries, which explain who's affected, what's frustrating them, and why they want it. Both are free for everyone right now, and a human always makes the final call on merging requests or changing status.

Ready to find out why, not just how many?

It's free: no credit card, no time limit.
