Canny's pricing scales with "tracked users" (anyone who posts, votes, or comments), moving up in tiers as that number grows. As of July 2026, Core starts around $19/month and Pro around $79/month, both billed annually at 100 tracked users (check Canny's official site for current numbers). Because pricing scales with your end-user count, the impact is larger the more people actively use your public board. It's worth thinking through how your end-user count is likely to grow before comparing options.
Check language support
As far as we can tell, Canny doesn't offer a Japanese UI; it's English-first. That's not an issue if your team and users are comfortable in English, but if you need Japanese, it's worth confirming directly rather than assuming.
